Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send the items back to our quality control center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
